My main goal was to run in BUPA's 10k run in Hyde Park - Simon gave me a program to follow and gave a lot of encouragement.
I completed the run in 50 mins. and I feel this was a massive achievement as I had never done anything like this before

I also needed training for a Great Wall of China challenge and again I was given a program to follow for I needed to walk for 8hrs for 5 days and I needed to build up my endurance and fitness and to build up my leg muscles.  I was given a lot of encouragement and completed the walk without any problems.   

My goal is now to build up muscles on my upper body and give my poor legs a rest.  In October I will try and beat my time for the 10k run.

Before I started with Simon I suffered with back pains every day, was unfit and was about 3 stone overweight. In the 7 months I have been with Simon I have lost 2 stone, improved my fitness levels and my back is stronger than before, so much that I have managed to complete a 10k run in June.

I have been training with Simon now for 18 months now and during this time I have lost weight, toned up my whole body and raised my fitness levels considerably.   As well as helping with my fitness, Simon has also helped with my diet, giving good advice on a healthier diet making me feel more energetic and contributing with my weight loss.
Simon is now helping me train for the London Marathon next year, something that I would never had been able to complete a year ago.

When I first trained with Simon I had never run before and now I have completed two 5k runs a 10k run (with 1 coming up) and for next year I have entered the London Marathon.

Having just returned from the gym and completed one of my programmes, I can safely say that I would not have been doing this 9 months ago, without the help and encouragement from Simon Juster.  As a self confessed 'exercise hater',  I took up the recommendation of a friend to seek out the assistance of Simon to 'do some exercise' no, I didn’t do any before!!!

At over 4 stone overweight and a complete lack of motivation, inclination or enthusiasm, I had no wish to exercise but common sense over my weight and lack of fitness propelled me in Simon's direction - he loves a good challenge!!!   We started off slowly and steadily built up my programme, pushing me a little bit each time we met.  Within a few months, together with a sensible diet, the weight started to fall off and my fitness levels increase - great motivation for me!! So many people have commented on how well I look and how much weight I’ve lost!!!

Simon has been a godsend - he is patient, allows you to take it at your own pace and is full of encouragement.  He has even got me running!!!!!!!!   So far I have lost 2 stone and dropped 3 dress sizes - it’s costing me a fortune in clothes!  Without Simon I would not have returned after the first session - he has really been my inspiration and has shown me that I can exercise in the gym and gain results.

I have been training with Simon for the Race for Life 5km run and before I started training I could not run for more than a minute without getting out of breath.

Now with Simon’s encouragement my fitness levels have improved and I can run for over 15 mins without stopping.  I am even thinking about doing a 10k run !!!!!!!!!!!

Before I started training with Simon I had high blood pressure, was always stressed and had low fitness levels.  Simon has managed to lower my blood pressure by encouraging me to use the gym more and by monitoring my diet and also to swim which I really enjoy.

My confidence, self esteem and fitness levels have all gone up since training with Simon.  He has a great personality and a lot of time and patience with me. I will continue to train with Simon to maintain my weight and keep my blood pressure down.

Thank you Simon! You have increased my self belief no end. From not being able to run for more than 2 minutes 9 months ago I have now completed the 5km Race for Life twice.  I beat my Croydon time of 38 mins. by 7 minutes recently at Regents Park.  Unbelievable! If only the kids at school 20 years ago could see me now.

I started training with Simon a year ago thanks to my daughters giving me personal trainer lessons as a birthday present. I was quite hesitant to go ahead  as I had never done anything like this and did not know what to expect.  Trying to dispel the fear of the agony I thought I was going to be put through I went ahead and booked the lessons.

One year on I am very pleased that I did.  He has helped me improve my fitness, strength and endurance levels to the point that he entered me  in the Croydon 10km race in October and I ran it in what was, for me, a very satisfying time of under 58 minutes.

Completing the race gave me a great sense of achievement for which I can only thank Simon.  I would never of dreamt of entering the race if it were not for him.

I am continuing to train with him and I really feel good though a word of warning – he likes to up the exercise programmes on the computer without telling you !!

Jokes apart I think he’s a very good trainer and , incidentally , also a nice bloke.
